9th FOUNDATION DAY


The ninth foundation day for Symbiosis School of Economics, was held on the 1st of August 2017.


Events were kick-started by the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by faculty members and the Director of SSE, Dr. Jyoti Chandiramani. This was followed by testimonials by two members of the Alumni – Shams Alam and Surbhi , from the very first batch of graduates. Faculty members/Professors Sebin Nidhiri, Ishita Ghosh, Krishna Kanta Roy and Kritika Sen, also spoke of their journeys with the institution.

An array of cultural programmes followed. The college’s music club ‘Raaga’ showcased four musical performances and drew cheers from the crowd. That was succeeded by a grand classical music show, presented and performed by Dr. Kalyani Bondre. She also managed to give the audience a quick workshop on the basics of classical music.
