Programme Educational Objectives (PEO)
- To continuously enhance academic rigor and research outcomes
- To foster a spirit of scientific inquiry and creativity
- To understand the importance of inclusion, development and sustainability in order to resolve related local, national and global issues
- To inculcate lifelong learnings
- To nurture global human capital, future leaders and problem-solvers to become employable and sensitized world citizens
Program Outcomes (PO)- BSc
At the end of the programme the students will be able:
- To identify issues related to the economy, business, public policy and society
- To objectively and critically assimilate and examine information pertaining to the core, interdisciplinary and applied learnings
- To use quantitative and qualitative tools to analyse and address various socio-economic problems
- To encourage students to undertake research oriented activities, motivated through holistic learning outcomes, which will help address national and global development issues.
- To build human capital by honing transferable skills for advanced career pursuits
Program Outcomes (PO)- MSc
At the end of the programme the students will be able:
- To evaluate issues related to the economy, business, public policy and society
- To objectively and critically examine and deduce information pertaining to the core, interdisciplinary and applied learnings
- To replenish the analytical and quantitative abilities and problem-solving aptitude through academics
- To undertake research oriented activities and evaluate policy decisions motivated through holistic learning outcomes
